Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 10 ounces mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Colorful candy melts (for coating)
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Decorative candy for eyes and noses (such as chocolate chips or M&Ms)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Mixture: In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  2. Combine with Cereal: Add the Rice Krispies to the melted marshmallow mixture, stirring until well coated.
  3. Shape the Bunnies: Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then use your hands to shape it into bunny forms. Insert lollipop sticks into the base of each bunny.
