We Use The Cuisinart Skillet All The Time And It Works Wonderfully Going From The Stove Top Into The Oven, Which Is Exactly What I Was Looking For!
This is my go-to pan for the oven. I make everything in it. It’s great for roasting vegetables, and making fruit turnovers. I’ve had some blueberry spill out and bake on, but it still cleans up easily. It’s just the right size for two people, for roasting some chicken and vegetables, or French bread pizza (love how it crisps pizza crust).
- I selected this one for the size, price, oven-proof handles, and ratings from others. It did not disappoint.
- Pan that can go from the burner to the oven (cake, cornbread, tamale pie).
- Bought this to cook salmon and it turned out fantastic. I needed a pan that I could cook with on the stovetop then transfer into the oven for the remainder of the cooking. This pan did a great job.
