I had never heard of the Aicok brand and was hesitant to try an unfamiliar brand, and I wasn’t sure that I needed 3 baskets. Surprisingly, I have needed all 3 baskets on occasion and usually use 2 baskets. The oval size is so much roomier than my previous small round steamer.
